 had the Japanese head spa today & it was AMAZING! So relaxing. I was really intrigued looking at my scalp and seeing how my hair & scalp was it was so interesting to me. Absolutely fantastic service. I got in touch with Rituals looking for a specific type of wig for a client who I support as a volunteer. Gurinder was so helpful, from start to finish, through much back and forth. The recipient is very happy with her wig. Thank you Rituals for a lovely experience and all of your kindness and care.

Had a consultation with Gurinder today for a wig. She was very patient, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure that I was totally happy with my decision. There was no pressure to buy either. I was anxious about visiting today but it was actually a very positive experience which I actually enjoyed :)

Absolutely loved my appointment today. The attention to detail was spot on. The consultant made me feel relaxed and listened to what hair system I wanted. She also advised me what would suit me and what future hair treatments are available to me if I so wished to have . I would highly recommend anybody to come here and talk through their requirements and get advice from them. Can\'t wait till next week when I will get my hair topper. Such a lovely friendly salon with lots of space and nice decor & always clean. Tammy is a great hairdresser, always smiling and good at suggesting ideas, cuts my hair lovely every time.

Really nice greeting from all staff,very professional advice. The staff talked me through my options but didn’t try to sell me anything. I was made aware of any costs that my treatment will include if I decided to go ahead.

Gurinder has been providing me with wigs over the past 18 months and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her - from sourcing a wig a few days before an overseas holiday to cutting a fringe into a wig at my request to suggestions on how to style my hair for a wedding. What a lovely experience! Beautiful private salon away from the hairdressing area for the wig consultation. Gurinder was so kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had so much fun trying on different wigs! I felt completely relaxed with her and at no point did I feel under any pressure to make a decision whether to proceed It was made clear the consultation was just that, no obligation . I would not go anywhere else! I was very happy with the wig chosen which will be duly ordered and fitted on collection, with the offer of a restyle if I wished. From what might have been a slightly unhappy reason for the visit, it was a happy, positive experience ..,and maybe wigs are the future - a different “look” fir every mood or occasion! Felt very uplifted.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife and she said it was the best gift she’s ever had. She came back feeling extremely relaxed and said she wants one for every birthday and Christmas - she would have it every weekend if she could! Couldn’t recommend it enough. For someone who has a stressful job or just needs some ‘me time’, it is worth every penny. 

I visited Rituals Hair Lab today for a consultation for a wig after losing my hair with chemotherapy treatment. From the minute we stepped in the door we felt very welcome. Gurinder took us to a private room to try on any wigs I liked the look of and also some she thought would suit me. Gurinder put me at ease straight away and made me so comfortable in what could have been an emotional consultation. I chose a wig but ideally wanted it with a fringe. Gurinder informed me her Stylist could do this for me. So, after showing the stylist photos of my usual hairstyle she trimmed the wig to create a fringe. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Gurinder and her team for providing such a great service and for being so caring. We not only smiled but also laughed through the whole session. I would definitely recommend this salon to anybody with hair loss.

Made to feel very welcome by Gurinder and the team. An excellent range of wigs - and advice- was available and I felt honest opinions were shared which helped in the decision making process. Gurinder’s sympathetic approach was just what was needed at a difficult time. Would definitely go back.
