Pregnancy: Our Head Spa uses gentle ingredients throughout; therefore, it is completely safe for pregnant ladies. However, some guests may be concerned about exposure to certain herbs and oils while they are expecting. Therefore, it would be best to consult your midwife / doctor to see if there is anything you should avoid.
We require clients to lay completely flat on your back during the whole duration of the service. If this is something you are unable to do, then it may be best to wait until after the delivery before trying the head spa.
Cancellation Policy

We understand things can come up unexpectedly and sometimes out of your control but late changes, cancellations and no shows not only affect our business but also other clients who miss out on bookings.
By proceeding with your booking you confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
All clients must be 18+ years old at the time of treatment.
We are not able to treat those who are medically unwell for treatment or have any contra-indications on the day.
Deposits are Strictly Non Refundable under any circumstances, we can however reschedule your appointment to another date/time as per the below;
If you wish to rearrange your appointment and more than 48 hours notice has been given, you can do so free of charge.
If you wish to rearrange your appointment and less than 48 hours notice has been given, your £30 deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay another £30 deposit to secure your next booking.
If you do not turn up to your appointment or fail to tell us you will not be attending, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you was booked in for.
What if I’m late?
We understand things can delay your arrival. We do expect you to leave time for any delays which may occur and take responsibility for arriving on time.
Please note that if you arrive late, however many minutes you are late by, will be deducted from the total treatment time. So if you are arrive 20 minutes late for your 60 minute treatment. You will only receive a 40 minute treatment. But you are still required to pay the full amount.
